FRAME SYSTEM

The frame system is with socket assembly structure. The 50mm matchboards all made by hand. Inner with joist frame, the color plate with thickness of 0.6mm and with high strength body . the door is make of metal plate elaborately, so that it looks elegantly and with long lifetime. the plateform is with steel material, surroundings is with 1.2mm thickness zinc plated steel sheet, the load bearing bracket size is 40*80*1.5mm square tube. the system with double grid, three pcs of diamond plate. The downside of the door is with unitary upslope plate.

BLOW-IN AND OUT SYSTEM

The system with two centrifugal type blowers, each with 4kW power. The air exhaust is with one 5.5Kw turbine blower. The system base is with aluminum frame structure, the outer with high strength anti-firing plate and color steel for seal. So that the noise can be much lower and looks very beautiful. Air exhaust tube is consist with good quality zinc plate and flange which made by special machine. Air volume is 4000m3/h. upper side air intake, loaded air speed:0.4m/s. change of air times: 320 times/h.

HEATING SYSTEM

The system heating by the ultrared rays form the fluorescent tube. It totally with 10 groups of heat lamp, each group with 3 pcs fluorescent tube, with power of 1.0kw for each tube. Total power consumption be 30kw. The lampshade with high emissivity stainless steel minute surface plate and the cover outside use the very good quality adiabatic material, also it looks very nice and very safe. Max temperature:80 degree centigrade. Temperature increasing rate:4-6 min (20-60 degree centigrade). Power consumption for whole car painting :7.5kw/h power consumption for just one part painting :1.8kw/h.

ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM

The electronic control system is composed with famous brands components and match with luxury control cabinet. We install high sensitivity protectors for leakage of electricity, high temperature and time control. So that the system be much safer. We control the each group of bake lamp separately; the wiring of the body all can endure high temperature and protected by fireproof covering. It be built-in the wall and looks beautiful.

LIGHTEING SYSTEM

All lights and electrical ballast are with PHILIPS brand, the house roof with 45 degree direction shadowless lamp, so that there will be no fade zone when working. Meanwhile the lights and electrical ballast can still working with 180v voltage.

AIR PURIFIATION SYSTEM

Air intake filter cotton is with high quality and the filtering precision is 10μm ；the highly active filter cotton at upper side semi-high performance CC-600G form Netherland. The filtering precisions is 10μm. TSP value:≤1.4mg/m3.

DISCHARGE GAS TREATMENT

Environmental protection treatment. First adsorbed by glass fibre .second filtered by dried active carbon. This is a good way to absorb organic solvent with large area. And the discharged air conform to the National standard of GB 16297-1966.

The ventilator standard with two section of straight tube and one section of elbow tube.

Customers should provide the wires to control cabinet for himself. Non standard with 10 square meters.
