FRAME SYSTEM

The frame system is with socket assembly structure. The outer and inner plate are use the color steel plate from famous BAO STEEL GROUP COPORATION in Shanghai. The thickness of the steel is 0.426mm, the plate thickness is 50mm, The zinc plated plate are with decorate ,so that the whole baking finish house can be enclosing well and with long lifetime . The plateform is with zinc plated steel material,the thickness is 1.2mm.Hot dipping zinc plated floor plate grid,decay resistance square steel frame ，the size of steel is 40x80x1.2mm . The system with double grid , three pcs of checkered plate and two antiskidding slope board with 600mm width.

BLOW-IN AND OUT SYSTEM

The system with two centrifugal type blowers, each with 4kW power .The blower base is with frameset structure ，and assembly with 40x40x1.5mm tube .The outer with bistratal cystosepiment,so that the room be fully enclosing and with lower noisy .Flowerate be 20000 m³/h .The air flow in at upper side .Flow out tube is consitst with good quality zinc plated and flange .Loaded air speed :0.3m/s.Change of air times:260 times/h.

HEATING SYSTEM

The system heating by the ultrared rays from the fluorescent tube. It totally with 10 groups of heat lamp, each group with 3 pcs fluorescent tube, with power of 1.0kw for each tube. Total power consumption be 30kw. The lampshade with high emissivity aluminum plate and the cover outside use the very good quality adiabatic material, also it looks very nice and very safe. Max temperature:80 degree centigrade. Temperature increasing rate:4-6 min (20-60 degree centigrade). Power consumption for whole car painting :7.5kw/h power consumption for just one part painting :1.8kw/h.

ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM

The system all use famous brand  components and with very nice control cabinet. The whole system install highly sensitive residual current operated protective devices, high temperature protective devices and time control devices. Each heating lamps can control separately .All the wires used in the system can endure high temperature and with fireproof covering .Also the wires be install inside of the wall ,so that it looks beautiful and safe too.                       

LIGHTEING SYSTEM

All lights and electrical ballast are with PHILIPS brand, the house roof with 45 degree direction shadowless lamp, so that there will be no fade zone when working. Meanwhile the lights and electrical ballast can still working with 180v voltage.Illuminance：1000lx

AIR PURIFIATION SYSTEM

Blow in filter are with very good quality and its filtration precision reaches to 10μm. At the top,we use the good quality CC-600G from Netherland. The filtering precision is 5μm. TSP value:≤1.4mg/m3.

DISCHARGE GAS TREATMENT

The discharge gas be treated by activated carbon filter,it can adsorb organic solvent with large area and  conform to the National standard of GB 16297-1966.standard

The ventilator standard with two section of straight tube and one section of elbow tube.

Customers should provide the wires to control cabinet for himself. Non standard with 16 square meters.China National standard with 10 square meters.

      Heating power can decide customer for himself.
