2×5.5KW turbo fan, total air capacity is 32000m³/h

Heating System

Italy RIELLO RG5S Diesel burner, 20N Switzerland original electric damper motor. SUS304 stainless steel heat exchanger, heating productivity: 260000Kcal/h. Heating change efficiency≥85%.

36 pcs ceiling nozzles with 2 centrifugal fans (1.5kw/set) for drying water base paint, 4 corner sets(0.18kw/set) air dry systems separately controlled.

Exhaust Air System

1×11KW turbo fan, total air capacity is 30000m³/h, manual damper.

Filtering System

Pre-filter (pocket style), 600G high efficiency filter (ceiling filter), floor filter (fibreglass), activated carbon filter (pocket style).

No-pump water curtain for mist filtering device can reduce more than 98% of the fog without the trouble of replacing drying-method filter by fully mixing fog, water and air, and ensures a qualified exhaust according to the relevant state standards

Lighting

8 x4=32x36W inclined ceiling lights.

Electronic ballasts, Philips tubes. Illumination≥1000Lux.

Control System

PLC digital controlling, soft touch button, dual temperature controllers including an electronic and a quality mechanical temperature controller that can give sound and light alarms when the indoor temperature is above the specified value and automatically cut the power; main circuit has multi-protection, inverter control to save power. Majorly Siemens/Schneider parts.
